Safeguarding & Child Protection
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and vulnerable adults. All registered centres and teachers are expected to follow recognised safeguarding procedures and maintain safe learning environments.
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Health & Safety
All centres and examination venues must follow appropriate health and safety regulations to ensure the wellbeing of candidates, staff, and visitors during classes, rehearsals, and examinations.
Data Protection & Privacy
We operate in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. Personal data is collected, stored, and processed securely and only used for legitimate examination and administrative purposes.
Malpractice & Maladministration
We maintain strict procedures to prevent and address malpractice or maladministration. Any suspected breaches will be investigated in line with our regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
Complaints & Appeals
