Solange is Chief Executive Officer of The Global Performing Arts Alliance, Urdang International, and Urdang International Awards, and Co-Founder and Director of Link Artists Agency. She also serves as a Director and advisor at Thomas Hopkins Productions.

Between 1991 and 2022, Solange held several senior roles at the Urdang Academy, serving as Chief Executive Officer for more than two decades. During her tenure, she transformed the institution into one of the UK’s leading vocational colleges for performing arts, building an international reputation for excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. She was also the Investing Angel and Co-Founder of the Black British Theatre Awards, serving as Co-Director until July 2025.
