His choreography credits include major productions and institutions such as Cinderella (Wyvern Theatre), Ex The Musical (Soho Theatre, OFFIE-nominated for Best Choreography), work for RTÉ TV in Ireland, and assistant choreographer credits on the Warner Bros film Alexander The Great.

As a performer, Damien’s theatre experience includes high-profile West End and UK productions such as Cats (Gillian Lynne Theatre), Hard Times (Theatre Royal Haymarket), and the original casts of Tonight’s the Night and Billy Elliot The Musical at the Victoria Palace Theatre, where he also served as Children’s Dance Captain. His screen work includes BBC appearances and film credits including The Phantom of the Opera (dir. Joel Schumacher), alongside work on international productions.

Alongside his creative practice, Damien is a highly respected teacher and lecturer. He has taught at leading UK conservatoires and training providers, lectured for the IDTA at the Royal Opera House, and served from Jan 2009 to July 2024 as Senior Lecturer and Head of Dance on the Musical Theatre Triple Threat programme at the University of Chichester Conservatoire. He is also a qualified teacher with the British Ballet Organisation, having completed their Level 6 qualification in Commercial Theatre.
